
About the Event
The 2025 Food Use Workshop will take place September 9-11 in Denver, Colorado. Research priorities for residue, product performance, and integrated solutions studies for 2026 will be identified during this workshop. We will update this page continually as the event approaches.
Workshop Registration
Registration is now open for the 2025 Food Use Workshop! The following rates are applicable for both in-person and virtual attendees:
Early Bird Rate: $400 through 11:59 p.m. EDT on Thursday, August 28
Regular Registration Rate: $500 on or after midnight on Friday, August 29
Tuesday, September 2 is the final day to request a cancellation and refund for the Workshop. The Zoom link for the workshop will be sent to registered participants after this date.

Booking a Room:
A block of hotel rooms at the Embassy Suites Denver Downtown Convention Center is available for our in-person meeting attendees from September 7 check-in to September 12 checkout.
Please use the following links to reserve your hotel room (most attendees will be on the main room block; if you qualify for, and need the government rate, select that block):

Rooms must be reserved by Friday, August 15, 2025 to receive the group rate of $229/night or the government per diem rate.

The hotel does not offer an airport shuttle; we recommend using a taxi or rideshare service. Information about the ground transportation offered at the Denver International Airport can be found here.
For those driving, secured, covered valet parking is available for $58/day! Unfortunately, there is no self-parking available.

Important Dates
- NEW! July 1: Deadline to submit Project Clearance Requests (Food Crop Program)
- August 15-25: Project Clearance Requests are eligible for nomination online until 11:59 pm ET on August 59.
- August 15: Hotel room block cutoff for the Food Use Workshop (extended from the 27th)
- August 29: Registration rate increases (early bird rate valid through 11:59 pm on Aug. 28; regular rate effective at or after midnight on Aug. 29)
- September 2: Final day to request a cancellation and refund
- September 5 (by 12 p.m. ET): The list of nominated projects will be posted on the public website
