Priority Upgrade Proposals (PUP) and regional upgrades must be made by October 1, 2024. The PUP form can be found on IR-4’s Stakeholder Resources page under “Databases and Resources by Program.” An instructional video outlining the PUP process can be found on the same page under “Video Tutorials.” Regional upgrades are made by Regional Field Coordinators and do not require a form.
